  • Number of Pages

    1. LITE plan allows 5 pages. PRO plan allows 8 pages. MAX plan allows 12 pages.
    2. Page size is measured in two ways: physical dimensions (pixels/layout) and file size (megabytes/loading weight).
    3. TRRBO websites are responsive, meaning they adapt to different screen sizes.
    4. File Size: For fast loading times TRRBO aims for 2.0 Mb to 2.5 Mb of page file weight. Ideally the target should be 1.5 Mb but this is difficult to achieve if using photos, videos, apps, etc. We monitor this situation and advise the website owner if load times are too high.
    5. Physical Dimensions: There is no standard length for a website page. TRRBO focuses more on responsiveness rather than fixed dimensions. However, the best page length for an engaging user experience (UX) and good SEO does fall within a certain range.
    6. Physical Dimensions: Most TRRBO pages contain 500 to 1,500 words.
    • Homepage: 500–800 words
    • Service and Product Pages: 600–1,200 words
    • Blog and Resource Posts: 800–2,500 words

  • Monthly Revisions

    1. LITE plan allows 1 revision credit per month. PRO plan allows 2 revision credits per month. MAX plan allows 3 revision credits per month.
    2. Each credit is equal to 15 minutes of time spent to fix your issue.
    3. A certified TRRBO specialist will perform the tasks that you require.
    4. Credits cannot be carried over to the following month.
    5. Fill out the TRRBO revision form if changes to your website are needed.

  • Premium Support

    2. If you are a subscribed customer your plan offers free premium support. Premium support means your issues are pushed to the front for a quicker response time.
    3. There are 2 levels of support - level 1 for general issues and level 2 for technical issues.
    4. Support hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 - 17:00 MST
    5. Our support team is fluent in English.
    6. We are located in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

  • High-Speed Hosting

    1. High-speed hosting is mandatory. Basically, it is the engine that runs your site. TRRBO hosting is very reliable and very fast.

  • SSL Certificate

    1. An SSL Certificate is a digital file installed on a web server that enables encrypted communication between a visitor's browser and your website.
    2. It secures sensitive data - such as passwords and credit card numbers - by changing HTTP to HTTPS, indicated by a padlock icon in the address bar.

  • Domain Name

    1. If you already own a domain name we will send you easy instructions on how to change your DNS settings for your new TRRBO website.
    2. We offer free domain names with every website plan. You may choose either .com or .ca.
    3. We configure the DNS settings for your website, keep your domain fully secure, and keep everything up-to-date.
    4. You always own the domain.
    5. If you decide to postpone your plan, TRRBO will keep your domain paid and in good standing for a period of 90 days or until it expires, whichever comes first.
    6. We will either email you a reminder before the 90 day deadline, or give you an expiry date if the domain expires before the 90 day deadline.
    7. After 90 days TRRBO may sell, transfer, or cancel the domain.
    8. If you are in a circumstance where you need more time please contact TRRBO support after receiving your reminder email and we will give you an extension.
